Web3 Ledger Backup provides encrypted backup solutions for cryptocurrency wallet seed phrases and recovery information. Our service is designed to help you securely store and recover your digital asset access credentials.

3. Important Disclaimer

Web3 Ledger Backup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ledger SAS or any hardware wallet manufacturer.

You are solely responsible for the security of your seed phrases and private keys. While we employ industry-standard encryption, no system is 100% secure.

4. Security & Encryption

All seed phrases are encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM before transmission. We never store unencrypted seed phrases. Our infrastructure uses hardware security modules (HSM) and distributed storage across multiple geographic regions.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3 Ledger Backup shall not be liable for any loss of assets, data, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
